Scholarship Application and Parent Code of Conduct

The Columbus Ice Hockey Club realizes that the cost to play hockey can be expensive. CIHC is fortunate to have generous partners who enable us grant need-based scholarships for participates. Families can apply for a scholarship to help defray the costs for the upcoming season. We offer partial to full scholarships based on the determined need of the applicant.

Click on the Apply Here button below to request financial assistance for fees associated with participation with CIHC. Please complete all sections of the form and submit when complete. All requests will be reviewed; you will receive confirmation via email of any scholarship(s) granted.

All CIHC Player families during registration will be asked to agree to the Parent Code of Conduct. The CIHC 14U; Girls 14U/16U and the JV High School Team parent/guardian must print, sign and turn into either the team manager/coaching staff before the season begins or after registering for CIHC teams.
