CIHC LEARN TO PLAY
Welcome to CRPD/CIHC’S Learn-to-Play program. Participants must have completed CRPD/CIHC’s Learn to Skate program or comparable program and have basic ice skating skills. Our goal is to help all participants learn the basic fundamentals of ice hockey in a fun and safe environment. All participants will be taught by USA Hockey certified coaches and have an opportunity to continue in our CIHC HOCKEY TEAM program once they have completed this program.

Players between the ages of 5 and 18 are welcome
When
What time of the year does this program run?
CRPD/CIHC offer Learn to Play program November through mid February
Where
Where are practices and games typically held?
Practices are held at the OhioHealth Chillers and Ohio Expo Center Taft Coliseum
Practices
When are practices and how often are they?
Starting mid November, on-ice practices are 2 times per week through mid February. These are typically held on Friday evenings at OhioHealth Chillers and Saturday mornings at the Fairgrounds.
